That was an interesting survey!
I can attest to the fact that Boston is relatively in shape! When I travel I am usually surprised at what I see in other areas of the country.
I figured LA would have been near the top. Everyone here is so obsessed with fitness. Ok not everyone, but majority. Then again we do have a balance of the not so fit kind.
Wow...thats interesting! We are very close to DC :)
Yikes, I wonder where Columbus, Ohio falls on that list! Interesting info. I think Ohio has worked hard at putting a lot of walking and biking paths around the cities, which is helpful.
I read about this from Lara's blog...it's crazy! Washington D.C? that's where I live! I never really thought it was a fit city...makes me wonder how Alabama is like! shudder...
I believe it- I walked everywhere when I used to live in dc!
Thats interesting article...
That's great! Although I might have assumed LA because of Hollywood and the movie industry would be in the top 5!
Apparently Australia is becoming a very obese nation!

Cool, DC is number one! I hope it includes the whole metro area :)
That is a surprise! I'm with Jenn. I figured it would be a place with a more temperate climate.
