A quiz-check it out!

I found this interesting (short) quiz on CNNhealth.com. It's called 'How you eat Vs. what you eat'. It's just five questions-try it!!
Once you're done with the quiz,you could also check out other articles on 'Health'.

yes, it works when we mind how we eat....

can you please give some information about traditional Indian cookoing oils , like mustard, sesame , coconut, and peanut oils....cuz coconut board of India and peanut board etc are claiming these oils to be very healthy n rich in OMG3 etc.....how much of that is true n reliable.......

Hi Sangeeta,
Firstly,congrats on your weight loss.
I don't agree on the point that weight loss diets are monotonous.I guess you just haven't met a good dietitian.A good dietitian would have not bound you to any particular diet plan-a diet plan has to be flexible to be successful.I have written hundreds of diet sheets and none of my patients/clients have complained.I plan a diet based on what the person eats and try to make it healthy and advice exercise!
Will work on the article on oils as requested by you and put it up sometime soon.
